5 octaves, single action, overhead dampers, 3 levers operating a lute stop and split sustain. Case in mahogany with inlay, trestle stand.
Nameboard inscription in ink reads ‘Johannes Pohlman Londini Fecit 1767 ⁄ Great Rufsel Street Bloomsbury’. Note: Whilst the rest of the inscription is original, the date has been altered to read 1767.
